Dale Braswell - Lead Pastor dale@connect-church.com

Dale is a native of Texas and holds a BA from Dallas Baptist University and an MDiv from Beeson Divinity School.  Dale came to faith in Christ as a child while attending FBC Mansfield, TX.  Prior to planting Connect and moving to the Lynnwood area he served on staff with churches in Texas, Alabama and Tennessee.  He is married to Tina and has two children.  Dale has a passion for preaching and seeing Connect become a simplified church planting church.

Greg Fuller - Strategic Missions Pastor greg@connect-church.com

Greg grew up in Lexington, SC and came to faith in Christ while in college.  He received a BA from Francis Marion University and an MDiv from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  Greg brings with him several years of ministry experience in churches and with church planting.  Greg is married to Shelly and has four children.

Tara Wright - Worship Leader tara@connect-church.com

Tara was born and raised in Houston, TX.  She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in psychology.  Tara has served on staff at multiple churches in the Houston area.  She has several years experience leading worship and working with youth.  She enjoys watching God work in the lives of others and is honored to be a part of that process.

Jennifer Anderson - Children’s Director kids@connect-church.com

Jennifer leads the ministry to children in grades K - 5.  She is a native of Texas and a graduate of East Texas Baptist University.  She has 10 years teaching experience and several years of volunteer experience with various children’s ministries.  Jennifer is married to Brady and has two children.

Shelly Fuller - Preschool Director kids@connect-church.com

Shelly leads our preschool ministry for children ages birth - 4.  She graduated from New Orleans Seminary with a degree in Christian Ministry.  She is married to Greg and has four children.  Shelly has several years experience working with various children’s ministries.
